Hunterdon Back Pain Center is right here in Clinton, at 10 Anderson Road. Founded as Murray Chiropractic by Dr. John Murray in 1980, we've cared for Clinton families for over four decades — many of our patients today are the children and grandchildren of patients Dr. John first saw in the 1980s.
Dr. John has lived in Clinton since 1965 and has practiced from the current home office at 10 Anderson Road since December 1986. His daughter, Dr. Hilary Schweitzer, and his son-in-law, Dr. Zak Haapaoja — both North Hunterdon High School graduates and Athletic Hall of Fame inductees — practice alongside him. We live here, we work here, and we raise our families here.
As the practice in our own hometown, we offer Clinton residents the full scope of care: manual adjustment across seven tables, Cox flexion-distraction decompression on three dedicated tables, DTS spinal decompression, and digital X-ray read by your doctor in the room with you, the same day.
