No surprises. No high-pressure sales pitch. An honest evaluation of whether chiropractic is the right fit for what's going on with you.
Your first visit is more thorough than a follow-up. We want a complete picture of what's going on before we recommend a path forward.
Health history, prior treatments, current medications, what brought you in. We'll have most of this in advance if you fill out the intake forms online beforehand.
One of our three doctors will sit down with you and talk through what you're experiencing — pain pattern, what makes it better or worse, what you've already tried, what your goals are. This is a conversation, not an interrogation.
Range-of-motion testing, orthopedic tests, and neurological assessment specific to your complaint. We're looking for the underlying cause, not just the symptoms.
If imaging is clinically indicated, we take digital X-rays in our office and read them in the room with you — same day. No referring you out, no waiting a week for results.
Your doctor explains what they found and whether chiropractic care is the right fit for your situation. If yes, we outline a care plan that reflects what your body actually needs. If no, we'll tell you why and refer you appropriately.
If care is appropriate and time permits, your first adjustment or decompression session can happen the same visit. Otherwise, we schedule it for your next appointment.
Driver's license or any government-issued photo ID.
Primary and secondary if you have both. Medicare card if applicable.
X-rays, MRI, or CT scans from the last 12 months. CD or printout is fine.
Names and doses. A photo of your medicine cabinet works.
Loose-fitting clothes you can move freely in. We have gowns available if needed.
Write them down ahead of time. We'd rather answer five questions than two.
